Responsible for engaging leads leading to student admissions, student placements, business development.
1. Generate / collate leads through various channels (Social media, SMS, email and WhatsApp)
2. Engage leads meaningfully, qualify every lead and take it through our sales process.
3. Meticulously follow the inbound sales process and update them in CRM.
4. Discuss with the related stakeholders including admission officer, placement officer, facility manager to complete the process.
5. Understanding the buyer personas and mapping with our engagement process
6. Maintaining relevant data in CRM & other softwares.
7. Preparing detailed reports for periodical reviews
8. Ability to manage flexible & extended time requirements as and when needed.
