Job Summary
We are looking for a female candidate to promote the welfare and discipline of residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
→ Serve as the first point of contact for parents / guardians and warden regarding status update on students who are unwell.
→ Respond promptly to students' medical issues and accompany them to PSG Hospitals for appropriate care.
→ Provide first aid for managing minor injuries and illness, arranging medical assistance when necessary.
→ Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
→ Any degree with computer proficiency or a related field.
→ Proven years of experience in residential care or care giving role, especially in an educational or residential setting.
→ Age Limit: 30 – 35.
→ Proficiency in conflict resolution and discipline enforcement.
→ Excellent empathetic and approachable manner.
